Applications for Pre-Admission Entry Test to the following two years Master’s Degree Programmes Morning/ Afternoon of the Institute are invited on the prescribed forms available from the office of the institute.M.A. Education (Elementary)

General Conditions & Guidelines

1. Merit for admission will be determined on the basis of academic record (70%) and score in entry test (30%).
   
   
2. For Test, the test fee (Rs. 250/-) shall be deposited in the Bank or through the Bank Draft / Pay Order/ Postal Order in favour of Director IER. (Challan Forms are available at IER Account Office)
   
   
3. Filled in Entry Test Registration Form shall be submitted in the Institute at least three (03) days before the test date (i.e. till 27-08-2008) OR sent to the Director IER through Registered Post/ Courier Service on the following address, so as to reach at least three (03) days before test.

4. Date, time and venue of the test will be mentioned in the Roll No Slip. Roll No. Slip will be issued by the Institute at the time of submission of the Registration Form.
   In case, the Registration Form is received through mail, the candidates can obtain their Roll No. slips from the Test Centre for which they must reach the Test Centre at least two hours before the test time.
   
   
5. The test will be held on August 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m at University Examination Center, New Campus, Wahdat Road, Lahore.
   
   
6. The Test Result will be announced on September 3, 2008.
   
   
7. Further necessary instructions for the candidates regarding the test are given in the registration form.
   
   
8. The application for the admission in the Institute will be invited during the 1st week of the September 2008 through admission notice in the press.
   
   
9. Those who are waiting for their results should appear in the Entry Test, otherwise they will not be eligible to apply for admission in institute.
