The
Department of LIS, University of the Punjab
Lahore publishes “Pakistan
Journal of Library and Information Science
[PJLIS]” on annual basis, likely
to be biannual. The PJLIS is a refereed
scholarly journal committed to publish original
and scholarly critiques, theoretical, conceptual
and research articles that contribute to
the understanding of issues and problems
in all areas of librarianship at local,
national and international level.
The journal, however, prefer to publish
articles reporting the research studies
reflecting Pakistani perspective. All research
papers submitted to the PJLIS are double-blind
peer reviewed by a panel of reviewers. Authors
will get 2 copies of the journal and 5 off-prints.
