The Punjab University Library book club organized a special program with reference to the books on Seerat un Nabi (PBUH). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hammad Lakhvi, Dean Faculty of Islamic Learning presented a scholarly talk on the book “The Life of Muhammad (PBUH) by Abdul Hameed Siddiqui”. He discussed some striking aspects of the life of the Prophet (PBUH) that were narrated in the book. The talk on second book in Urdu language “Hadi a Alam (PBUH) ہادی عالم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم by Mulana Muhammad Wali Razi” was presented by Engineer Munir Ahmad, Lecturer IQTM, Punjab University. He described the unique literary aspects of the book along with highlighting the need to follow the footstep of the Prophet (PBUH) to gain success in our lives. A large number of faculty members, general public and students attended the program. The Chief Librarian, Dr. Muahmmad Harooon Usmani thanked the speakers and audience.
