Virtual Session entitled "REBT and Coping with the Covid-19 Pandemic" COVID-19 Mental Health Helpline of Institute of Applied Psychology volunteers attended the registered session on REBT and Coping with the Covid-19 Pandemic by Dr Debbie Joffe Ellis world renowned therapist. She focused that it’s not the situation that creates negative emotions in fact how people think and perceive the situation impacts their emotions.
