LAHORE: (May 08): Punjab University has awarded PhD degrees to Muhammad Amjed Siddique Almas and Sajid Bashir. Muhammad Amjed Siddique Almas S/o Ch M D Siddique has been awarded PhD degree in the subject of Space Science after completion of his thesis entitled ‘Development of Metropolitan Information System Using SRS/GIS Techniques’. He completed his thesis under the supervision of Punjab University Department of Space Science’s Ex-Chairman Prof Dr Abdul Rahim Ch while Punjab University Department of Space Science’s Chairman Prof Dr Muhammad Ali was Co-Supervisor.

Sajid Bashir S/o Bashir Ahmad has been awarded PhD degree in the subject of Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) after completion of his thesis entitled ‘Pharmacokinetics of Ciprofloxacin in Normal and Different Metabolically Altered Conditions in Rabbits’. He completed his thesis under the supervision of Punjab University College of Pharmacy Dean & Principal Prof Dr Muhammad Jamshaid while Punjab University College of Pharmacy’s Prof Dr Bashir Ahmad was Co-Supervisor
