LAHORE (April 25): In connection with its ongoing 125-year celebrations, Punjab University is organizing co-curricular activities competitions, including Qirat, Naat, Debates, Mushaira etc from May 14–17.

The PU Co-Curricular Activities Committee will conduct the Inter-Departmental Competitions including Qirat/Naat, Bilingual Declamation (Urdu, English), Punjabi Speech, Mind Quest and Mushaira events at Faisal Auditorium Hall and Centre for South Asian Studies Auditorium. According to the details, on Tuesday May 14, Intra-Departmental Naat & Qirat Competitions would be organized, on Wednesday May 15, Inter-Departmental Bilingual Declamation Contest (Urdu & English) and Mind Quest Competitions, on Thursday May 16, Punjabi Takra and Mushaira Competition while on Friday May 17, the last day, the prize distribution ceremony will be held and prizes will be distributed among the position holders during the four-day Intra-University Competitions. Students of all departments / institutes / centres / colleges have been directed to submit their entries for the above-said competitions with the office of PU Curricular Committee at Student Teaching Centre (STC) till April 28.
