LAHORE: (Saturday, May 3, 2025): A distinguished delegation from China has visited the Department of History and Pakistan Studies. On this occasion, Dean Faculty of Arts & Humanities Prof Dr Mahboob Hussain welcomed the guests and gave a comprehensive introduction to the department, its academic programs, and esteemed faculty. The participant’s discussions focused on academic collaboration, cultural exchange, and future partnerships between the department and Chinese universities. Dr Mahboob said that the visit marks a positive step towards strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation in the field of historical and regional studies. He said that the department of history looks forward to meaningful academic ties and shared learning experiences in the future.
