Examinations Department

The Examinations Department functions as the central authority for the planning, conduct, and governance of all University examinations, in accordance with the policies and quality assurance frameworks of statutory bodies of the University and Higher Education Commission. It ensures transparency, integrity, confidentiality, and academic credibility across all examination processes. The Department manages examination schedules, student enrolment, eligibility verification, record maintenance, issuance of roll number slips, establishing examination centres & supervising invigilation staff, secure setting, moderation, and handling of question papers, as well as the assessment process, including marking, tabulation, and timely declaration of results. The Department facilitates rechecking and grievance redressal, and is responsible for issuing transcripts, degrees, and certificates with full authenticity. It continuously improves its operations through the use of modern IT and digital systems.


Branches/Sections

The Examination Department is organized into specialized branches to ensure the efficient conduct and management of various examination systems. Each branch is assigned specific responsibilities as outlined below:

  •   Examinations -I, II & III Responsible for the conduct and result management of all examinations.
  •   Conduct Deals with Exam dates sheets, Centers, Supervisory Staff appointments etc.
  •    Secrecy I & II Deals with Marking / Rechecking / Examiners & Paper Setters etc.
  •   Certificates Issues all types of Degrees / Certificates/ Verifications etc.
