University of the Punjab, Lahore, in collaboration with the University of Management Technology, PIDE, University of Sargodha, Bahauddin Zakariya University, IRP and other leading institutes, government and corporate sector of Pakistan is going to organized entitled "6th Invention to Innovation summit, Punjab 2017" on March 8-9, 2017.

The University of the Punjab has taken the lead to host this summit which is also being organized in leading national universities of other three provinces. The summit has become a genuine platform for academia-industry networking, ideas exchange, technology transfer and policy drives. The summit is the largest R&D network in Pakistan with utter objective of technology transfer.

The Innovation summit is a two-day event providing opportunity to industry, academia and government to work in a coalition for building an innovative Pakistan. There will be a technology exhibition and various thematic technology presentation sessions, policy making session and business plan competition. Cash awards and souvenirs will be distributed to the winning participants. The summit is a great opportunity for innovators to display their technologies and customers to acquire.
