Detailed specifications, terms & conditions are available in the Bid Documents from the publication of Tender Notice on PPRA website which can be obtained immediately from the Acquisition Section, Punjab University Library, Lahore from 08.00 a.m to 04.00 p.m Monday to Friday and in Holy Ramadan Monday to Thursday from 08.00 a.m to 01.30 p.m and Friday 08.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m by depositing of Rs. 500/- in favor of Treasurer University of the Punjab, Lahore at HBL Branch AC/ No. 01827902137801 (A/C TITLE PU INCOME SALES OF BOOK/PUBLI/LEAS).

The Bid Security / Earnest Money mentioned above in the form of “CDR. Bank Draft, Pay Order” in favor of Treasurer, University of the Punjab is required to be submitted with the Bid without which the offer shall be rejected being non-responsive.

Bids without supporting documents, undertaking, valid documentary evidence and bids not conforming to terms and conditions given in the Tender Document will be liable for rejection.

Procurement will be made as per PPRA rules 2014.

•

Bid Documents should reach till 11:30 a.m. by hand / courier.

•

Bids received after due time and date or bids without Bid Security in shape of CDR/Pay Order or Bid Security less than required amount shall be summarily rejected.
