American Society for Microbiology (ASM) selected Hira Saleem student of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics (MMG), University of the Punjab for Public award in agar art competition. She prepared a tree o n Eosin Methylene Blue (EMB) Agar, as E. coli gives metallic green sheen on it. So that's she sketched a tree on EMB agar. Leaves of that tree was drawn with E. coli while its trunk with Staphylococcu s sp. which gave brown on that media.
